Bukid Pillows Collection

This batch of boldly colorful handwoven, hand embroidered pillows are perfect for the farm house-- the house on the bukid, the Filipino word for "farm". It is machine finished for a clean look but retains the rustic feel of a pillow on a bukid sofa. Handwoven fabrics are mostly from the northern region - Mt Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, Ilocos,and  Abra. Yakan fabric and some indigo-dyed fabrics complete the patchwork front of the pillows. In the back, coconut shell buttons keep the pillow insert secure. ( insert not included )
